Basic idea of the "studio" -teleprompter
Maybe the most important part of the teleprompter is the semi-reflective glass, which is mounted
in to an angle of 45 degrees. Person reading the text, "The Talent", can
see the reflected mirror image of the display (see fig. 1). Display (often a video- or a VGA-monitor)
is usually situated just under the mirror, but it can also be above or even on the side in some models.
Scrolling of the text is usually controlled by special person behind the screens, a teleprompter operator. In some
modern systems scrolling can also be controlled by presenter himeself or it can happen even automatically
(by speech regodnition).
